As the need to expand city services, Morgan City leaders found that the previous city office no longer effectively served their citizens.  JRCA Architects conducted several programming and design workshops with elected officials, staff, and interested citizens to determine current requirements and future needs.

The community room, conference room, and restrooms are designed to allow use of the building in the evenings while the rest of the building can remain secured. 

Services provided- programming, design workshops, facility design, and construction administration.

The City Hall houses the following functions:

  •     Council Chambers

  •     Community Room

  •     Justice Court

  •     Administrative Offices

  •     Electric, Water and Sewer Departments

  •     Building Services and Engineering
