Clearfield City Hall

Clearfield City Municipal & Justice Center

JRCA Architects has directed the efforts of an extensive team to create a new City Hall and Justice Facility for the City of  Clearfield. The project addresses the functional requirements of the police department and the City for now and in the future. The design allows more then an attractive civic center, but also a true urban core - a definite “downtown”.

The facility serves the following functions:

•   City Hall and Public Safety Facility
•   Justice Courts
•   Community and Training Room
•   Exhibit and Display Area
•   Police and Law Enforcement
•   Emergency Services
•   Dispatch
•   Evidence Handling

The most prominent features of the civic center are a public plaza and a pedestrian walkway linking the City Hall and Justice Center to the surrounding City. The Architectural Firm of Hayes, Seay, Mattern and Mattern was the programming and security design consultant.
